Ray's Fresh Seafood Buffet

This Thanksgiving, let Ray’s worry about the cooking (and the dishes!) while you savor a holiday feast and take in our breathtaking waterfront views with friends, family and loved ones. Thanks to our wonderful, loyal guests, our signature Thanksgiving Cafe buffet is nearly sold out, but you can still enjoy our elegant, three-course Boathouse holiday menu, available on Thursday, November 24th only!

Traditional three-course a la carte Thanksgiving dinner at Ray’s Boathouse:

First Course

Butternut Squash Soup
Fried sage & crème fraiche
Autumn Chicory Salad
Endive, castlefranco, Craisins, spiced pepitas, Champagne vinaigrette, fresh mozzarella
Dungeness Crab Cocktail 
Butter lettuce, roasted tomato, cocktail sauce, lemon aioli

Oven Roasted Turkey
Chestnut-herb stuffing, whipped potatoes, cranberries, glazed carrots, green beans, gravy
Spice Rubbed Prime Rib of Beef
Whipped potatoes, Brussels sprouts, broccolini, bacon and demi-glace
Grilled King Salmon
Herb rubbed, black kale, fried yukon gold potatoes, malt aioli
Pan Seared Halibut
Dungeness crab crust, parsnip puree, green lentils, baby carrot

Dessert
Pumpkin Pie
Olympic Mountain vanilla ice cream

The three-course menu is available for $60 per person, half price for children ages five-11 and free for children under five. Reservations are required for the Boathouse and are available from 11:30 am–8 pm. To make a reservation for the Boathouse, call 206.789.3770 or click here. The Boathouse bar does not take reservations, but will be open with a limited Thanksgiving menu.
