Celebrate Easter at Ray’s – Sunday April 5th

RAY’S CAFE – BUFFET
Reservations: Reservations strongly recommended
Hours: 9:00 AM (first seating) to 7:00 PM (last seating)
Price: $45 Buffet (beverages, tax and gratuity not included)
Children: Children 5 to 11 years of age $20. Children under 5 years of age no charge.
Menu: We will be offering our grand holiday buffet (see below) with a complete range of appetizer, salads entrees, and desserts. Includes our traditional Carving and Shellfish action stations.

RAY’S BOATHOUSE – ALA CARTE (PLATED)
Reservations: Reservations strongly recommended
Hours: 9:30 AM (first seating) to 7:00 PM (last seating)
Price: Varies
Children: Full children’s menu will be available
Menu: 9:30 am to 3:00 pm we are serving some of our best-selling appetizers, salads and Boathouse entrées along with ala carte brunch style items.
3:00 pm to 7:00 pm we are serving our normal dinner menu that also includes a $45.00 holiday inspired 3-course dinner of salad, entrée and dessert (beverages, tax and gratuity not included)

BOATHOUSE BAR
Reservations: No reservations needed for the bar, first come first served basis
Hours: Open at 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM, No Happy Hour
Children: No minors allowed in the bar
Menu: Normal menu offerings

CAFÉ BAR
Rays Café Bar will be closed for Easter as we incorporate those tables into our dining room layout. Happy Hour will not be offered.

Cafe Brunch Buffet

  • Salad Station – Classic Caesar, green salad, toasted fregola & olive salad, white bean salad, grilled and chilled seasonal vegetables, antipasto assorted meats and pickled vegetables, roasted beets with goats milk cheese & hazelnuts with arugula, assorted fresh fruits and berries
  • Seafood Bar and Shucking Station – Chilled peel & eat prawns, oysters on the half shell, snow crab legs
  • Hot Food – Eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs, Brioche French toast, Uli’s breakfast sausage, Hempler’s Bacon, fennel dusted ling cod, sauteed garlic prawns, grilled herbed chicken breast, house smoked wild Alaskan salmon, Penn Cove manila clams & mussels, three cheese mac n’ cheese, bay shrimp Mac n’ cheese, roasted mushroom and fennel hash, Washington spring asparagus, whipped Washington russet potatoes, herbed red potatoes
