Feel the Love at Ray’s, Feb 10-Valentine’s Day!

Treat your loved one to a beautiful dinner at Seattle’s iconic seafood restaurant this Valentine’s Day (or weekend!). With waterfront views of Puget Sound and the majestic snow-capped Olympic Mountains as your backdrop, it’s the perfect setting for romance.

From Friday, February 10 all the way through the day of love on Tuesday, February 14, your date-night dinner options are versatile. In the Cafe, along with our regular menu, we’ll offer elegant and exciting surf and turf options and drink specials! In the Boathouse, we’ll offer a three-course menu with delicious, decadent options for each course (all for $60). Our regular menu is also available to indulge in your favorites.

Starters

• Grilled Romaine with Ceviche with Oregon Bay shrimp and scallop ceviche, lime, cilantro, jalapeño and lemon vinaigrette
• Tajarin with housemade thin-cut pasta with Dungeness crab in lemon-butter, cracked black pepper and herbs
• Tempura Oysters with wakame salad, Hollandaise and Ikura
• Greens Salad with watercress, baby arugula, chicory, pine nut gremolata and Saba dressing

Entrée

• Petite Filet with Spot Prawns with 5 oz. Double R ranch tenderloin, butter poached Alaskan spot prawns, garlic whipped potatoes, charred broccoli and sauce Perigueux
• Grilled Wild King Salmon with smashed Yukon Gold potatoes, black kale, roasted red peppers, malt aioli and horseradish brown butter
• Confit of Duck legs with juniper rubbed, braised duck legs, garlic spiked beluga lentils, spinach and port demi-glace
• Herbed Risotto with arborio rice, tomato-vegetable bolognese, oregano and Grana Padano

Dessert

• Double Chocolate Panna Cotta with milk chocolate, dark chocolate, hazelnuts and sugar cookie
• Chocolate Mousse with raspberry cream and brandy brittle
• Olympic Mountain Ice Cream or Sorbet
