Group Dining
Family coming in to town for the holidays? There is no need to spend all day cooking and all night cleaning – just join us at Ray’s and let us do the dishes! We have many great options for large party dining including private space within both the upstairs Cafe and downstairs Boathouse.
We have three private dining options in the Café:
Fireside Room seats 25 people and features a fireplace within a comfortable quiet spot.
Top Deck seats 50 people and is an extension of the Fireside Room that includes space all the way to the west facing windows.
Food and Beverage minimums do not include tax or gratuity and vary based on date and meal period.
The Top Deck and Fireside Room are available seasonally but are unavailable for dinner during the summer months.
Looking for something more elegant? We are able to seat groups of up to 45 people in the Boathouse.
The Boathouse North seats up to 45 people and features Rays classic sweeping views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains in our newly appointed dining room. The Boathouse is available for lunch events as well
The Food and Beverage minimums do not include tax or gratuity and are for one meal period:
Boathouse Lunch = 11:30 am to 2:30 pm
Boathouse Dinner = 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Fine print:
- Events that total below the minimum in F&B charges (excluding tax) will have the difference billed as a room charge.
- The menu offered for the Fireside Room and Top Deck will include items form the Café menu.
- The menu offered for the Boathouse North will include items from the Boathouse menu.
- In an effort to ensure maximum comfort we may seat guests at existing tables of 2, 4 and 6 people. The Café has some flexibility with table arrangements. The Boathouse is fairly firm in the physical set up.
